We have some sand in the salad. We return it, and the waiter try to charge it, because we eat the half of the salad before we ask to return the salad. When he come with a replacement, it's to late, the main dishes are coming.

Also, when we enter the restaurant, the hostess tell us a 15 minutes waiting time. We wait about 45 minutes before we can have a table. No entry offer during the waiting time.
